It uses a simple male female connection that can be easily removed as needed. If the person you’re buying for has a Luna 16, Terra 20, or a Corona 26, our drink tray can be added. We can even match the color of the tray to the spa. There are other drink trays available from other brands that work on other spa models, but many of these are around $60 to $80. There’s also floating trays for hot tubs and pools, but the downside is it’s easy to flip into the water.

Another option is our ice bucket add-on. This too is a male female connection that slides into place and can be removed. This means you can remove the ice bucket, take it inside to fill with ice, and then bring it back outside, assuming you have an outdoor hot tub. This too only works on the Luna 16, Terra 20, and Corona 26 models and requires you to know what spa the person you are buying for has. Like the drink tray, we match the color of the ice bucket to the hot tub. There’s a few other ice buckets available on the market, most of those being around $60. You can always just buy an ice bucket that doesn’t attach to the spa and place it nearby or on the drink tray if you like. A cool idea some people have done is using the ice bucket as a towel holder. Instead of filling the ice bucket with ice, they keep it dry and use it for storage. You can keep bottled drinks in there, a towel, or anything else. 

$50 – $100 Range

For $50 to $100, you can find more options for hot tubs. We offer handisteps for $79.99 (at the time of writing this article). Getting in and out of the hot tub can be a struggle for some people, and this offers assistance in doing so. Luckily, these spa steps work with any hot tub on the market. You can find other step options in this price range, but you’ll find many are over $100. 

You can also find some rather nice hot tub pillows in this price range. Most of these just hang over the side of the spa and do not require drilling or anything.

You can find some as low as $90 and some as high as $1000. A good hot tub cover can last 3 to 8 years depending on usage and how you take care of it. It’s not always the case, but some of these lower priced covers can lack in quality. Just like anyone else, we don’t like spending more than we have to, but investing in a good hot tub cover is worth the extra cost. 

$100+ Range

We didn’t want to include this option in the $50 to $100 range because it requires that it be installed in the making of the hot tub, but for $79.99 (at the time of this article), we can install an ozonater on certain hot tub models we build. Adding an ozonater after the hot tub can be done, but requires some work. Because of this, it costs a little more to add after it’s already been built. Many companies will charge anywhere from $100 to $500 for this. 

Another option in the $100 and above category is a spa cover lift. There’s different types of cover lifts and really it comes down to personal preference, but these help protect your cover and aid in opening and closing the hot tub. Can I Drink In A Hot Tub?

Physically, yes, we can’t stop you from doing it. Just follow any laws regarding alcohol in the area you live. Around the United States, the minimum drinking age is 21. This means anyone under the age of 21 should not be drinking no matter what. Other countries around the world have different minimum drinking ages, such as 16 in Germany or 18 in Ireland. Review the laws regarding alcohol before you do any drinking. If you’re legally allowed to drink, you can do so in a hot tub. You should also consider your health if drinking alcohol. If you’re insure if you can drink, it’s best to avoid it and consult a doctor. Before drinking in a hot tub, you should consider if it’s okay to drink. While we can’t physically stop you from drinking, we strongly advise against it.

Should I Drink In A Hot Tub?

Ideally, no. A hot tub raises your body temperature and causes dehydration. You won’t die of dehydration in a hot tub in a 10 minute soak, but after a while, the effects become stronger. Alcohol is also known to cause dehydration and raise the body’s temperature. Mixing the two can amplify the effects of alcohol and time it takes to become dehydrated. Alcohol can also cause dizziness; when drinking , you want to be careful not to slip. Hot tubs and alcohol can both relax you. Either of the two can be so relaxing it puts you to sleep. If drinking alcohol, do not fall asleep in a hot tub. If you do drink in a hot tub, get someone sober to get in the hot tub with you. Some people use a “designated driver” when going out drinking. To speed up the cooling process, remove the cover (your spa will retain heat as long as it’s covered). How To Connect To The Bluetooth Stereo

1. On the exterior cabinet of the spa is a silver button. Locate this button.
2. Press the silver button and listen for a beep sound. Your stereo is now in pairing mode and can be connected to.
3. Enable Bluetooth on the device you wish to connect. Your device will now scan for nearby devices to connect to.
4. There will be a device named “BlueAudio”. Connect to this device.
5. It will ask for a pairing code to pair your device. This prevents others without the code from connecting to your device. The pairing code is “0000”.
6. Your device should now be paired.

Using the same roto-molding techniques, we create drink trays and ice buckets out of resin. When you order either the drink tray or ice bucket, we produce it in the same color choice you chose for your spa. So, if you ordered a grey granite spa with an ice bucket, your ice bucket will be grey granite as well to match your spa.

There’s no drilling involved in attaching either the drink tray or ice bucket. Both use a simple male/female connection and fit into place. It’s not a clip or snap used. Each item is connected to the spa loose enough to easily remove it as you want. Don’t worry though, it’s a tight enough connection that it won’t fall off. We offer spas in different shapes and sizes. Our Luna 16 model is a hexagon shape, the Terra 20 is a rectangle, and the Corona 26 is a circle. These three shapes create different edges on the spas. Because of this, we need to make the ice bucket and drink tray in different shapes to fit these spas. The hexagon and rectangle shaped spas offer a flat edge. Alternatively, the Corona 26 being a circle, has a circular edge. We have a different mold for our drink trays and ice buckets to accommodate the circular edge. The below images showcase this better.
