• Spa will be shrink-wrapped, standing vertically, strapped to a pallet. Spa cover will be strapped to the spa. Manual and warranty documents, steps, filter, filter cover, filter weir, and ice bucket cover (if applicable) can be found in the seating area.
• Shipped via tractor-trailer (semi-trailer truck or 18-wheeler), a large commercial vehicle.
• Street must be free of obstructions such as low hanging trees and power lines and must have adequate access for a tractor-trailer.
• Street must be in good condition, including rural roads.
• Cannot deliver to cul-de-sacs or roads that are not paved and not at least 2 lanes.
• Delivery agent will call to schedule a delivery appointment.
• Deliveries made between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, M-F.
• Driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway.
• If location is not accessible to a full size tractor trailer additional charges may apply.

With “plug & play” 120V operation, this resin spa is easy to use with no electrical connections required. Simply place it on any level, solid & stable surface, fill with water & plug in the 12′ GFCI cord (converts to 240V for more efficient operation, especially in colder climates).
