I got double charged for accessories at checkout, otherwise it’s been a great experience buying from MyHotTub.com. They processed the refund very fast and profusely apologized. Some glitch at checkout they are looking into. Hot tub arrived and works perfectly. They’ve been very helpful and are always willing to answer questions.
Fits 5 pretty snuggly. We’re pretty average sized people. My sons and husband do a lot of biking and are in super good shape. Wanted this to soothe their legs after their longer rides and races. Fits 4 great though.
Very impressed! They say 4 to 6 weeks and we got ours in about 7 weeks, but it’s exactly what we ordered and it works perfectly. In fairness, we did have a huge snowstorm here and about 2 feet of snow. Probably affected it a bit.
It’s a great spa, I just wish they had photos of the optional stairs. We probably would have bought them if we could see them. Additionally, there’s no information on what the upgraded base is. We may or may not have got that but we have no idea what it is or what the difference between the upgraded base and the normal base is.
