Not bad at all. Saw the price and thought it had to be too good to be true. I called and spoke with a salesguy. He told me they are a real company with real spas and they’re just cheap becuase they build and sell themselves. Factory direct pricing. He insured me if I ordered I’d really get the spa. I trusted him. Odered. 3 weeks later I had a huge package at my door. Itreally was the spa. No damage or issues. Worked perfectly. Gotta love it

Absolutely gorgeous spa. Suits our backyard patio perfectly. Heats up very fast. We’ve had it 3 months now and our electricity bill hasn’t raised much. There’s always some fluctuations but it hasn’t raised drastically.

A little tricky to change the modes. Owners manual sucks. Not helpful at all
