I have to give them kudos. They are great at communicating what’s going on with your spa. I got an email after purchase with a delivery window. I got a call before it was delivered. The spa works great.

You might as well get the ice bucket and tray if you’re already spending this much. It’s not much more and in my opinion, definitely worth it.
