Curbside Delivery:
- Spa ships direct from Manufacturer to consumer. Manufacturer ships with contracted 3rd party carriers and manages delivery to consumers.
- Spa will be shrink-wrapped, standing vertically, strapped to a pallet. Spa cover will be strapped to the spa. Manual and warranty documents, steps, filter, filter cover, filter weir, and ice bucket cover (if applicable) can be found in the seating area.
- Shipped via tractor-trailer (semi-trailer truck or 18-wheeler), a large commercial vehicle.
- Street must be free of obstructions such as low hanging trees and power lines and must have adequate access for a tractor-trailer.
- Street must be in good condition, including rural roads.
- Cannot deliver to cul-de-sacs or roads that are not paved and not at least 2 lanes.
- Delivery agent will call to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Deliveries made between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, M-F.
- Driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway.
- If location is not accessible to a full size tractor trailer additional charges may apply.

We have a cabin we rent a couple times a year and it’s got a hot tub. The whole family loves using it and we really wanted one for our home. Found this company and the prices are fantastic. Lots of choices, I feel like we really get to customize it and pick exactly what we want. We have it now and we love it! I’m kind of scared my wife and kids only liked going to the cabin because of the hot tub. So know that we have one at home, maybe we won’t go as much. It saves me money, but I still like going. We got this back in September 2021 and were worried about it keeping its heat in the winter (we live on the border of Canada/US, it’s very cold). I’m happy to report it keeps it’s heat very well. I figured getting it at or around 102 during winter would be a lot more, it’s like $1-2 more. Not bad at all.

I was kinda worried about the reviews since only a few say “verified owner”. The other reviews could be fake, who knows. Maybe my review will say “verified owner” and maybe it won’t. But I can say I DID buy a hot tub, it got delievered without issue, it was easy to set up, and after a month, it still works just fine.

Bought this to spice up my Air BnB. Totally worked. Couple thousand $$$ for this, but I can charge an extra $200 a night. The place has still been popular since I bought this a month ago. People are paying the higher rates with the hot tub, no complaints. Pretty sure in a year this will pay for itself.

Really great for relaxing after a long run. I used to be a cross country runner and it just stuck with me. I like to run anywhere from 5-12 miles a day. This hot tub really helps relieve my sore leg muscles.
