They say “spas as low as $40 a month”. There’s 1 spa on 1 finance plan that is actually $40 a month. Everything else is like $60 a month, $90 a month, $120 a month
Took 8 weeks to arrive and once it did it had a leak. They were prompt about getting someone out to fix it and the sales guy felt really bad. Got a free cover lift. Overall it’s been good, but I don’t know if I’d do it again
Arrived without a filter so I couldn’t run it. Called and they shipped on to me. Waited 6 weeks for it to arrive, then I couldn’t even use it without the filter. Another 2 weeks.
Good spa, no issues, we love it, but the lack of installation sucks. It’s delivered “curbside”, which means your sidewalk. Good luck moving it where you want it, it’s hundreds of pounds. But once we got it where we wanted, filled it, and started it, no issues. We love it but your delivery needs improvement.

Awesome spa, some great features, but the stereo sucks! For $400 I expected much better. I can go to Walmart and get a better one for $50.
