Thank you Myhottub! We love our new spa and saved a ton of money on it. The jet power is great. Fits our whole family well. One thing that could improve is delivery/installation. It wold be great if you installed this or moved it where I want it. It weighs hundreds of pounds and I already spent thousands on it.

Nothing bad to say. We shopped around at a couple of other hot tub stores. Those were vastly more expensive. There was also a shipping charge for them which was ridiculous. You buy a $8000 hot tub and have to pay $600 more to install it? So I can buy it and just leave it there? So dumb. These guys offer free shipping though. It’s not even really the shipping itself, it’s just it was so expensive already and then another expensive cahrge. Felt like a red flag.

My spa is perfect. Saw a recent review about issues and warranty stuff. I got mine from MyHotTub back in 2021. Not a single issue yet. My best advice before buying? This is a thousand dollar item. It’s not a little toy you can neglect. Make sure you read what you have to do to take care of it. Take good care of the spa, the spa takes good care of you.

READ THE WARRANTY. 3 years in and I have an issue with the spa. I called and sent photos and they tried to tell me it’s MY FAULT. They won’t cover the damages. Said the warranty doesn’t cover it. The BBB will hear about this.
