Honestly just giving it 4 stars because there’s too many 5 star reviews for me to believe them. I got it and I got exactly what is pictured. Arrived on time and no damage. Installing it was easy. It works like it should. So real guy here, real customer, it really works.

I don’t get the purpose. A hot tub cover is light weight. I’ve seen kids open them. My friend recommended I get one, “it’ll be so great”. Total crap. It’s nice, but I could have saved money not getting it.
