Just a piece of junk. Had to bring out an electrician just to hook it up. Cost another $400. Took forever to fill and heat. Doesn’t fit 6. Jet power kinda sucks. Temperature maxes out at 104

Bought this to replace an old hot tub I had for maybe 10 years. Served me well. Not nearly as nice or fancy as this one. No waterfall. I’ve had this 2 months now and I’m very impressed and pleased. I’m hoping I can get 10 years out of this.

I have a jet with a leak and this is BRAND NEW! I called and they’re sending someone out but I’m pretty upset. Who sells a broken spa as new?
