They don't have a store near me so I can't see it in person before buying. That stunk. I thought about it some more and bought anyway. Took 4 weeks to arrive. Not sure where they ship from but I'm in Montana. Took some time to fill. About 3 hours of filling I noticed water coming out of the bottom. I called immedietly and the sales guy apoloized profusely. They were going to pick it up and send a new one. I did get the new one. No issues, but overall, I don't think I'd recommend this company. I'm not very happy the new spa leaked and needed returned. Kinda messed up theyd sell me a broken spa.

This is my third time trying to post this review. I don';t know whats going on but I'm getting tired of retyping it all so here's the gist -

Great hot tub. Got exactly what's pictured. No issues. Talked to Bill on the phone and got a free cover lifter. Worth calling. Very pleased with this.

Horrible experience from start to finish. Spa delivery got delayed and then it had a leak when it showed up. Had a hard time getting sometone to visit and fix it. Took a week to find someone who could.

Best hot tub I've had and best company I've worked with. This is my third hot tub. I don't know the names of the other two, but the first had leaks at first and the second actually had a jet pop out and all the water drained through this hole. Had this one 2 months now and no issues. Service and delivery was fantastic. Very friendly

Fairly simple and straight forward to set up. That was my main concern. Figured being so cheap it must be a pain in the a$$ to set up or was crap quality. I really can't find any issues with this that explains why it's so cheap.

Hot tub rrived in 3 weeks. Setup was easy. Moving it into place was the real struggle. But we got it done. Works great. Read some people have leak issues at first. We didn;t.
