Really great for relaxing after a long run. I used to be a cross country runner and it just stuck with me. I like to run anywhere from 5-12 miles a day. This hot tub really helps relieve my sore leg muscles.

Bought it for my son and his wife as a wedding present. They are very pleased and have reported no issues to me.

I'm giving it 4 stars and it's a bit unfair. The spa works great but I don't know how to maintain it at all and the owner's manual is so wordy. Luckily they have some short articles on the website about taking care of the hot tub. So, hot tub, 5/5. Me, 0/5. I'm just an idiot. Love my spa, great articles, shorten the manual.

Not sure why people think it's a scam

Kinda questionable that some people call this a scam. It's not, but it does concern me. I can say in my experience, it's not and was very straight forward. I saw some people say they can't find an address. I'm not surprised. If you go to Walmart or any other site, it's usually hard to find the mailing address. If that alone makes something a scam, there's a ton of them out there.

Had to spring for the steps. It's just a little too tall to get into. I'm 5 ft 3 and struggle.
