How do I make a warranty claim?

To begin a warranty claim, contact our customer service team. You may be asked to provide photos and details so we can assist quickly.

What can void my warranty?
  • Improper installation
  • Failure to maintain proper water chemistry
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Moving the spa from its original delivery location
  • Use of unapproved systems or components
What if I need to return my spa?
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • An RMA (Return Authorization) is required before returning
  • Return freight and applicable fees may be deducted from the refund
