They say “spas as low as $40 a month”. There’s 1 spa on 1 finance plan that is actually $40 a month. Everything else is like $60 a month, $90 a month, $120 a month
Took 8 weeks to arrive and once it did it had a leak. They were prompt about getting someone out to fix it and the sales guy felt really bad. Got a free cover lift. Overall it’s been good, but I don’t know if I’d do it again

Tom down in the Albany NY store was awesome to deal..make it a painless experience and when I had an issue he went out of his way to straighten corporate out and get my issue reolved which he did Highly recommend the place and salesman…
The only negative I could think of is that the hot tub store should sell the wiring and spa GFCI box and the hardware to install it like clamps and screws ..but other than that I’ve had zero problems to complain about
Arrived without a filter so I couldn’t run it. Called and they shipped on to me. Waited 6 weeks for it to arrive, then I couldn’t even use it without the filter. Another 2 weeks.
Brand new and there’s tons of leaks! I called and they can’t even get someone out for a week. All the water I used to fill it is slowly leaking out and being wasted.
Good hot tub, everything works great, but I wish installation was offered. Huge pain in the butt. I didn’t know how much trouble it would be. Moving it to the deck was such a struggle. Ending up using pvc pipes under it to roll it. Out back. Getting it up on the deck was nearly impossible but we invited over a bunch of friends to help lift it. On top of all that, it doesn’t work on the outlet I had planned on using. Had to call customer service and they recommended an electrician to come out and hardwire it. That was an extra expense. So far it’s been a money pit and a pain in the a$$. Not worth it. Installed and in place now, so we’ll see if it makes up for it.
Truthfully, I’m shocked. The waterfall is very cool, but my kids favorite part is changing the light color. I don’t know what kids love so much about a color changing light, but they’re happy and I’m happy.

It may not be for everyone, but a cup of coffee in the hot tub on a weekend morning is wonderful. Hot tub and hot drink, maybe a little too hot. I got it at 98, perfect for me. Love my weekends even more now.
Makes for a wonderful evening with my husband. Highly recommend showering before getting in the hot tub. It helps remove makeup, deodorant, and anything that can dirty your hot tub. Invite your partner into the shower with you and then continue to the hot tub. Very intimate nights.
The adjustable waterfall is remarkable. I’m certain to the people building these it’s nothing much but I’m really impressed. I have no clue how to build one. It’s a big hit with the kids. It was a big selling point for us and the reason we chose this over the Acadia 40, but it’s even better in person.

I sold my house with my last hot tub. It was gonna cost nearly $4,000 to move it to the new home and it was maybe 7 or 8 years old. When I moved and got settled in I found this website and they had some of the best prices around. I bought it and 5 weeks later it shows up in my driveway. I got it set up and running the next day. Good spa, no issues, we love it, but the lack of installation sucks. It’s delivered “curbside”, which means your sidewalk. Good luck moving it where you want it, it’s hundreds of pounds. But once we got it where we wanted, filled it, and started it, no issues. We love it but your delivery needs improvement.
We are thrilled with our hot tub! Ordering was a breeze. Not to mention the price was several thousands cheaper than other retailers. It Was delivered with care and we were enjoying it within a few hours of delivery.
When I bought this I had a few worries. 1) Curbside Delievery. Wasn’t a big issue. We got a dolly and 2 guys to support it from falling. Moved it into place and open the box. Used the dolly to lift it and pull the cardboard out from under it. 2) Installation. Wasn’t too bad. 3) Leaks. I experienced none. 4) Monthly bill increase. Only like $2 – $3 more a month.

Actually bought this at the Albany store location in crossgates commons mall. Sales staff was very helpful and kind. Helpfed our family find the perfect spa for us. They explained some finacning options they had avaialbvle and set us up with a great low interest plan. I’m very impressed and pleased with these guys. I’m kinda shocked I’ve never heard of them before seeing the store in the mall, but I just they’re still fairly new. Only opended a little bit agho.
This hot tub arrived in a timely manor and works well. A similar hot tub from the local hot tub shop would have cost twice as much and arrive at a later date.
The spa arrived exactly as scheduled. It is sturdy and well made. Installation was easy and it has many features that are a plus. Well worth the money. Looks exactly like the picture and is easy to maintain.
I didn’t think hot tubs could get much better. That we had reached the peak of hot tub innovation…..but life, uh, finds a way. You did it. You crazy son of a b****, you did it.
My husband and I have worked hard to build a beautiful backyard. He did some stone work and installed a weather proof tv in a stone wall. I have some gorgeous flowers and plants I grew. And right in the middle is our new hot tub. It completes the space and looks gorgeous. We love watching tv in our hot tub at night. I make him suffer through Grey’s Anatomy, he makes me watch Football. But even if we’re suffering watching the other’s show, we’re still enjoying ourselves in the hot tub.
And don’t tell him, but his New York Giants may be growing on me. Go Giants!

We compared this spa to the spa offered by spa dealers like Jacuzzi, Cal Spas, and Bullfrog prior to purchase. The dealers couldn’t understand or explain how MyHotTub was half the price (probably their hefty commissions). So we took a chance with MyHotTub and are happy with our purchase. This spa looks better than ones in a showroom. All the jets are great positions and adjustable. Delivery was great as well and for an extra fee we were able to get it placed on our back patio professionally.
We found this site and were a little worried about buying online. They have some of the best prices for hot tubs though. We talked with a few other companies and they said it could be 12-16 weeks before our hot tub came. We called the number on the MyHotTub website and spoke with Bill who was very helpful and told us MyHotTub’s wait time is 4-6 weeks. We had more confidence after speaking with a real person. We ordered, and what do you know, it came in 3 weeks. Runs great, no issues. Thanks Bill.
Giving it a 4 because they market this “made in the USA”. I know it keeps jobs in the US, but goods made around the world employ people around the world. Buying foreign goods that are cheaper helps competition and gives consumers better goods.
I have had this hot tub for 2 months now and I don’t have a single issue. Everything works just as expected, considering the price was a little too good to be true.

The adjustable waterfall is remarkable. I’m certain to the people building these it’s nothing much but I’m really impressed. I have no clue how to build one. It’s a big hit with the kids. It was a big selling point for us and the reason we chose this over the Acadia 40, but it’s even better in person.

Good spa, no issues, we love it, but the lack of installation sucks. It’s delivered “curbside”, which means your sidewalk. Good luck moving it where you want it, it’s hundreds of pounds. But once we got it where we wanted, filled it, and started it, no issues. We love it but your delivery needs improvement.

When I bought this I had a few worries. 1) Curbside Delievery. Wasn’t a big issue. We got a dolly and 2 guys to support it from falling. Moved it into place and open the box. Used the dolly to lift it and pull the cardboard out from under it. 2) Installation. Wasn’t too bad. 3) Leaks. I experienced none. 4) Monthly bill increase. Only like $2 – $3 more a month.

Actually bought this at the Albany store location in crossgates commons mall. Sales staff was very helpful and kind. Helpfed our family find the perfect spa for us. They explained some finacning options they had avaialbvle and set us up with a great low interest plan. I’m very impressed and pleased with these guys. My husband and I have worked hard to build a beautiful backyard. He did some stone work and installed a weather proof tv in a stone wall. I have some gorgeous flowers and plants I grew. And right in the middle is our new hot tub. It completes the space and looks gorgeous. We love watching tv in our hot tub at night. I make him suffer through Grey’s Anatomy, he makes me watch Football. But even if we’re suffering watching the other’s show, we’re still enjoying ourselves in the hot tub.

We compared this spa to the spa offered by spa dealers like Jacuzzi, Cal Spas, and Bullfrog prior to purchase. The dealers couldn’t understand or explain how MyHotTub was half the price (probably their hefty commissions). So we took a chance with MyHotTub and are happy with our purchase. This spa looks better than ones in a showroom. All the jets are great positions and adjustable. Delivery was great as well and for an extra fee we were able to get it placed on our back patio professionally.

We talked with a few other companies and they said it could be 12-16 weeks before our hot tub came. We called the number on the MyHotTub website and spoke with Bill who was very helpful and told us MyHotTub’s wait time is 4-6 weeks. We had more confidence after speaking with a real person.
