Some of these reviews leave me scratching my head….the wiring is color coded so I don’t get why people say its hard…the hard part has NOTHING to do with the HOT TUB..its the spa box that was a pain..

is tight inside if you plan to use 6/3 wiring like I did because of the length of wiring I needed…otherwise if I was closer I could have used 8?3 and it would have been ez as pie
the cover included is a 5 to 3 inch cover that is super easy to flip open..not sure how decent the insulation in it is but it keeps my tub warm outside and doesn’t leak any steam..
wiring inside the hot tub is kindergarten level wiring..if you can match colors then you’re golden..yes it is color coded and spelled out..its idiotproof..
Tom down in the Albany NY store was awesome to deal..make it a painless experience and when I had an issue he went out of his way to straighten corporate out and get my issue reolved which he did
Highly recommend the place and salesman…
The only negative I could think of is that the hot tub store should sell the wiring and spa GFCI box and the hardware to install it like clamps and screws ..but other than that I’ve had zero problems to complain about

Good hot tub, everything works great, but I wish installation was offered. Huge pain in the butt. I didn’t know how much trouble it would be. Moving it to the deck was such a struggle. Ending up using pvc pipes under it to roll it. Out back. Getting it up on the deck was nearly impossible but we invited over a bunch of friends to help lift it. On top of all that, it doesn’t work on the outlet I had planned on using. Had to call customer service and they recommended an electrician to come out and hardwire it. That was an extra expense. So far it’s been a money pit and a pain in the a$$. Not worth it. Installed and in place now, so we’ll see if it makes up for it.

The adjustable waterfall is remarkable. I’m certain to the people building these it’s nothing much but I’m really impressed. I have no clue how to build one. It’s a big hit with the kids. It was a big selling point for us and the reason we chose this over the Acadia 40, but it’s even better in person.

I sold my house with my last hot tub. It was gonna cost nearly $4,000 to move it to the new home and it was maybe 7 or 8 years old. When I moved and got settled in I found this website and they had some of the best prices around. I bought it and 5 weeks later it shows up in my driveway. I got it set up and running the next day. It runs smoothly and without cause for concern. I’m very pleased.

Good spa, no issues, we love it, but the lack of installation sucks. It’s delivered “curbside”, which means your sidewalk. Good luck moving it where you want it, it’s hundreds of pounds. But once we got it where we wanted, filled it, and started it, no issues. We love it but your delivery needs improvement.

When I bought this I had a few worries. 1) Curbside Delievery. Wasn’t a big issue. We got a dolly and 2 guys to support it from falling. Moved it into place and open the box. Used the dolly to lift it and pull the cardboard out from under it. 2) Installation. Wasn’t too bad. 3) Leaks. I experienced none. 4) Monthly bill increase. Only like $2 – $3 more a month.

Actually bought this at the Albany store location in crossgates commons mall. Sales staff was very helpful and kind. Helpfed our family find the perfect spa for us. They explained some finacning options they had avaialbvle and set us up with a great low interest plan. I’m very impressed and pleased with these guys. I’m kinda shocked I’ve never heard of them before seeing the store in the mall, but I just they’re still fairly new. Only opended a little bit agho.

My husband and I have worked hard to build a beautiful backyard. He did some stone work and installed a weather proof tv in a stone wall. I have some gorgeous flowers and plants I grew. And right in the middle is our new hot tub. It completes the space and looks gorgeous. We love watching tv in our hot tub at night. I make him suffer through Grey’s Anatomy, he makes me watch Football. But even if we’re suffering watching the other’s show, we’re still enjoying ourselves in the hot tub.
And don’t tell him, but his New York Giants may be growing on me. Go Giants!

We compared this spa to the spa offered by spa dealers like Jacuzzi, Cal Spas, and Bullfrog prior to purchase. The dealers couldn’t understand or explain how MyHotTub was half the price (probably their hefty commissions). So we took a chance with MyHotTub and are happy with our purchase. This spa looks better than ones in a showroom. All the jets are great positions and adjustable. Delivery was great as well and for an extra fee we were able to get it placed on our back patio professionally.

We found this site and were a little worried about buying online. They have some of the best prices for hot tubs though. We talked with a few other companies and they said it could be 12-16 weeks before our hot tub came. We called the number on the MyHotTub website and spoke with Bill who was very helpful and told us MyHotTub’s wait time is 4-6 weeks. We had more confidence after speaking with a real person. We ordered, and what do you know, it came in 3 weeks. Runs great, no issues. Thanks Bill.

Giving it a 4 because they market this “made in the USA”. I know it keeps jobs in the US, but goods made around the world employ people around the world. Buying foreign goods that are cheaper helps competition and gives consumers better goods.
