Great company. I actually bought this at their Syracuse, NY store. Sales team was super friendly. Not pushy at all. Love my hot tb.

Absolutely gorgeous spa. Suits our backyard patio perfectly. Heats up very fast. We've had it 3 months now and our electricity bill hasn't raised much. There's always some fluctuations but it hasn't raised drastically.

Excellent hot tub. Everything I hoped it would be. All our Christmas dreams came true with this.

I've never seen a hot tub this fancy. It's got a waterfall and sprinklers. I looked at other companies and at this price, none of them had features this cool.

I was worried spending thousands on this and a website I've never heard of. This could easily just be a scam or something. We bought after reading some reviews and the return policy. It got delivered just fine. No issues. Exactly what we ordered. What you see in the photos is what you get.

So far, so good. Spa works well, heats up quickly, and is very attractive.

Not bad at all. Saw the price and thought it had to be too good to be true. I called and spoke with a salesguy. He told me they are a real company with real spas and they're just cheap becuase they build and sell themselves. Factory direct pricing. He insured me if I ordered I'd really get the spa. I trusted him. Odered. 3 weeks later I had a huge package at my door. Itreally was the spa. No damage or issues. Worked perfectly. Gotta love it
