Just a helpful tip for you that I didn't consider when buying: you'll need an electrician to hook it up. Set aside an extra $100 - $500 to do so.

I wasn't sure about this company. To be honest, I thought it was a scam. I can't find any address anywhere but I called and spoke to Andrew. That made me feel a little bit better. I was still unsure though. Many scams still have real people who answer the phone and have American names. I could easily be talking to Andrew who is actually so and so from India. But he told me about the company and where the hot tubs are made. Showed me real stores they have in New York. It's just a new company still getting started. It's still odd you can't find an address but it's in Pennsylvania. Some town I've never heard of. But I took a chance on the company and really did get this exact spa. No funny business. It works great, was well packaged. Had an electricain out to hook it up. Worlks well. I'm glad we took a chance on this company. Saved a ton on a hot tub

I absolutely love this! My wife got a floating serving tray and I hung and outdoor tv. Now I can watch tv and eat in the hot tub. Takes football nigt to the next level. My thanks to the sales guy Bill, super helpful and answered all my questions

good tub! was a little unsettling to pay for a tub over the internet but a man called next day to confirm order and talk me through the process from there. asked for his advice about moving a tub for a distance across grass and his advice was right on. Electrician was impressed with easily marked items and overall construction underneath.

Love my new hot tub. No issues or anything. Very straightforward process. Had to call my bank first though and tell them there would be a big purchase. Under my 10k limit. It got delivered in 3 weeks. Little tricky moving into place but I eventually got it.
