Absolute peiece of trash. Just an expensive lawn ornament at this point. It’s got a leak and by the time the leak revealed itself it was nearly full. Flooded my whole yard. Took weeks to get someone out to fix it. Not pleased
Had some leaks brand new. Pissed me off. Had to fill it, then find it all drained in the morning and my yard flooded. Sent someone to fix it. Had to fill again. Hundreds of gallons wasted. Hot tub sunk in the mud
Great quality. I read the reviews and I agree with most. The only real issue is installation. It’s very heavy and hard to move. It also requires an electirician to hook up. I’d pay more for installation.
If this company does well and takes off, I think offering installation teams would be a good idea. I’d pay $100 – $300 to install it.
Handisteps suck. Cheap plastic. Definitely going to be looking for something nicer. I’d like some nice wooden steps. Going to see about returning the steps. Frankly, I’m shocked it supports me (230lbs). Spa is great. Spa is a 5/5. Steps is -5/5

I was pretty worried buying an item for several thousand dollars from a site I’ve never heard of. We found a hot tub at a store 30 minutes from home that was very similar to this but about $6,000 more. I found this on Google when I was looking for other otpions. Had everything we wanted, and like I said, $6000 CHEAPER. Took a gamble because that’s quite the savings. Find out they have a coupon for $1000 extra off. Now saving $7000. They say 4 to 6 weeks deleivery, so I was worried for 4 weeks that it was a scam and would never show up. But at about 4 weeks, we had a giant package by our driveway. Open it up, it’s exactly what we ordered. Got it installed and setup, works perfectly.
We really love ours. Gives the family something to do together that everyone enjoys. It’s a struggle to find something everyone can enjoy. My son hates board games, my daughter isn’t very into doing family sports, and we never agree on a movie to watch. But this hot tub, everyone loves and can use together. I really recommend the ozone and the stereo. The ozone just helps clean, but we all enjoy the stereo. The volume on it is great. It’s adjustable so you can do a nice quiet relaxing beach, or my son likes loud ACDC.
Not a bad spa for the price. I think many other companies with a similar spa would charge you double or triple for this. I gotta imagine Jacuzzi would charge $25,000 for this.

We had a hot tub at our last house but it was too heavy to move and would have cost thousands to move and transport. Leaving it behind as part of the house increased the selling value as well, so all things considered, I think we made our money back. We missed having a hot tub though and we found this company on Facebook. We checked out the site and weren’t sure about it. We’ve never heard of them but there’s hundreds of reviews. They’re active on social media and still in business by the looks of it. We decided to buy from them and we got exactly what we ordered. No crappy knockoff or scam. The spa heats up great, took a few hours to fill with water, but it’s hundreds of gallons of water, what do you expect? A hose only sprays water so fast. Within the same day we got it we were using it though. No leaks or issues. Everything works like it should. We’re very happy with our purchase and having a hot tub again. This is a REAL COMPANY. I don’t know what they can do to show that off more, but they have 2 stores in New York. Maybe factory and worker photos? I don’t know. But they’re real. Give them a call if you want. I highly recommend them.

My wife suggested getting a hot tub to soak in. I didn’t want to walk around a store and find one. Even my old store, the new owner is a jerk, I’m not giving him any money. With commissions and staging, all the other expenses, buying from a store is much more expensive than buying from a manufacturer or website. This website has some great hot tubs with features Jacuzzi and the others don’t offer. Even better, it’s a fraction of the price, I don’t need to go to a store, and they ship it to me.
Now they do deliver it curbside so I had to find some people to help me move it to by backyard, but overall it’s a great experience.
I’ll sound like I’m 80 here, but I genuinely think we get some great quality family bonding time in the spa since the kids aren’t on their phones or playing xbox. They just sit with us in the spa and enjoy themselves. We talk about what’s going on. I know I love the time together and I hope they do too. This was an awesome purchase.

There’s a ton of good reviews, almost too many to seem real. There’s a lot in foreign languages I don’t understand as well. But if you can understand my review, I’m a real guy who bought. My spa came, no issues. I’m pleased. I was worried about ordering something this big and expensive over the internet. Packages get damaged in the mail all the time. It’s a great spa but moving it is a pain in the butt. To MyHotTub’s credit, they do say its CURBSIDE DELIVERY, but I don’t know how they expect us to move this hot tub to our backyard by ourselves. We had to bring some friends over to help.
This was one of the best purchases we’ve made. The tub is very spacious. Each seat has different targeted jets so you can choose which is the best for you.
We have had the tub just under a week. It is running well and we have enjoyed it everyday. The manufacturer customer service is great and quick to get back to you with answers to your questions. We are so happy with this tub.
They need to include a photo of the hot tub at night, it’s really cool with all the lights. These photos don’t do it justice. Highly Recommend this tub.

There’s a ton of good reviews, almost too many to seem real. There’s a lot in foreign languages I don’t understand as well. But if you can understand my review, I’m a real guy who bought. My spa came, no issues. I’m pleased. I was worried about ordering something this big and expensive over the internet. Packages get damaged in the mail all the time. I didn’t want to spend thousands on a spa and it’s broken. Well, it wasn’t. Came ok. Starts ok. Runs ok. No issues.

It’s a great spa but moving it is a pain in the butt. To MyHotTub’s credit, they do say its CURBSIDE DELIVERY, but I don’t know how they expect us to move this hot tub to our backyard by ourselves. We had to bring some friends over to help.
