The Terra® spa offers 20 stainless steel jets for a targeted hydrotherapy experience. This lightweight & portable spa will fit just about anywhere and seat 3-4 people comfortably. With “plug & play” 120V operation, this resin spa is easy to use with no electrical connections required. Simply place it on any level, solid & stable surface, fill with water & plug in the 8' GFCI cord (converts to 240V for more efficient operation, especially in colder climates). With digital controls & an LED multicolor underwater light, sit back, have fun & enjoy the benefits of a 2 BHP, 2-speed high-output pump. Comes complete with a heavy-duty, tapered insulated cover with locking clips.
Cabinet Construction
The Terra’s durable resin unibody construction is offered in gray or cobblestone and requires no maintenance and will never rot, rust or deteriorate. The cabinet is fully foam insulated & is equipped with a 1Kw/4Kw Balboa all-season stainless steel heater for energy efficiency and structural integrity. Easy access keyed-door makes repair and maintenance hassle-free!

It’s a good hot tub, works and everything, but I’ve never heard of this company before. Frankly, I’m not convinced yet that the tub isn’t a piece of junk and will just break down in a month or two after the return policy expires. Guess we’ll see.

Many of the negative reviews are about the size of this hot tub. In my opinion, the photos don’t do the spa credit. It’s much bigger in person. Reasonably, I can see fitting 4. If you’re bigger in size, maybe 2 people. I hate to say it, but consider your body size when buying. I’ve only had 3 of us in the spa at once so far, but we all fit fine.

Not bad at all. Shipping and delivery was a breeze. They shipped right to my door. I used a standard hand truck I got from Harbor Freight that holds 600 pounds (this is only 318). My son just supported on the side so it didn’t fall. The two of us had no problem moving it out back. Cut it open, moved the packaging, filled it, plugged it, and we were using it shortly after. Super easy. Highly recommend. I imagine without a hand truck it might be a bit hard to move, but what do you expect? It’s a hot tub not a pillow.

A lot of people complain this is small, but it’s less than $5,000. What did you expect? I think as cheap as it it, this is incredible. For under $5,000, you can’t do much better. There’s inflatable hot tubs for $300 – $1,000 but they take forever to heat and I’ve had so many issues. It just makes more sense buying this. It’s sturdier and should last much longer than the inflatable ones. Even 5 – 6 years and I’ll have made my money back compared to buying an inflatable one every year.

Ordered this spa the last week of August hoping we’d have it by October to enjoy in the cold months. It came in 5 weeks and it set up really easily. It heats up fast. I was impressed. My husband and I were in the hot tub enjoying it that very night. We’re very impressed. I wouldn’t necessarily call us “fat people” but we could stand to lose a few pounds. The two of us fit just fine and I could see fitting a third person in here but not 4 or 5. Either way, we’re very happy. Look at the dimensions of the spa they provide on the webpage, measure it out and judge for yourself. We LOVE ours.

Our deck has a certain weight limit it can hold but we really wanted a hot tub. Filled with water, some can weigh more than 5,000 pounds. This spa filled is 2046 pounds, plus my husband and me, we come under our 3,000 pound limit. As long as we don’t get super fat.

We have had this hot tub for about 3 months and love it. It seems really well thought out, every corner is a different style, the lounger is awesome, jets are powerful, but fairly quiet.
It looks so much better in person than on the website and feels like a quality spa. Very happy with our purchase.

I got this awkward skinny deck on the back of my house. It’s probably only 5-6 feet out from the house. I can fit a grill and have a foot or two left. It’s long at least, spans the whole house. But there’s not much room for a big hot tub and if there is it would be really tight fit. This one is perfect to fit the space and gets the job done. It uses that weird sizing of people from the 1940s. Crazy skinny. Skin and bones. You could fit 4 of them in here but 2 modern adults. Technically overweight, but a normal person now.

Don’t let your baby in the hot tub! Honestly, it’s my fault but the baby pooped and it turned into a nightmare! That filter worked overtime but I had to drain it and clean it. So gross.
