The website says 4-6 week delivery and possibly longer with COVID. That’s total crap! Everyone is blaming COVID for their own delays. It took 8 weeks and they wouldn’t take anything off the price or nothing.
Customer Service was great! We bought this hot tub and it’s our first time owning one. We didn’t know much about taking proper care of our hot tub. Cleaning it, filters, plumbing, all that stuff. They were very helpful and provided links to articles that could help us. We highly recommend this company. We love our hot tub and it runs great so far. No issues.

But I can say I DID buy a hot tub, it got delievered without issue, it was easy to set up, and after a month, it still works just fine.
We have had this hot tub now in use for a couple of weeks. First I want to say that the materials it is constructed of are very solid. Everything is in working order and it runs well. It takes a little bit of getting used to in managing the settings and features, but once you do you will find it fairly easy to manage. The color is great as well. My only complaint is that the lights are very dim, and the water feature when we purchased struck me as having more power whereas in actuality it’s a bubbler that cascades down in a gentle waterfall. Managing the settings on the lights have proven to be one of the largest challenges, but I’ve gotten the hang of that, I just wish they were brighter.
Family loves it. I love it. No issues. Installation wasn’t as bad as I thought or some claim. Delivered without issue. No leaks. Heats fast. Does everything it’s supposed to. My kids love this. It was a surprise to them. The day it came it was practically Christmas morning for them. They were so excited and wanted to invite all their friends over to see it. I think they’ve been in it at least every day since we got it.
It took a little while to get the spa set up but once it was connected it has worked great. Even in the cold weather of Maine, USA, this spa is incredible. It maintains heat very well. I don’t often use the jets but they work very well.
To their credit, they do show it on the webpage, but the “sterling silver” is more of a white. Very sleek, shiny white. I like it and knew what I was buying. But don’t go expecting silver. Poor naming.
My husband and I both decided no gifts for Valentine’s Day and instead we’d get a hot tub. I think we’re both very happy with the decision. I know I am.
Bought this to spice up my Air BnB. Totally worked. Couple thousand $$$ for this, but I can charge an extra $200 a night. The place has still been popular since I bought this a month ago. People are paying the higher rates with the hot tub, no complaints. Pretty sure in a year this will pay for itself.

I saw this place at my local mall (Destiny USA n Syracuse, NY). I went home and checked out their website. They have some great hot tubs and great prices. I’m happy with mine.
Really great for relaxing after a long run. I used to be a cross country runner and it just stuck with me. I like to run anywhere from 5-12 miles a day. This hot tub really helps relieve my sore leg muscles.

Bought this to spice up my Air BnB. Totally worked. Couple thousand $$$ for this, but I can charge an extra $200 a night. The place has still been popular since I bought this a month ago. People are paying the higher rates with the hot tub, no complaints. Pretty sure in a year this will pay for itself.

I’m giving it 4 stars and it’s a bit unfair. The spa works great but I don’t know how to maintain it at all and the owner’s manual is so wordy. Luckily they have some short articles on the website about taking care of the hot tub. So, hot tub, 5/5. Me, 0/5. I’m just an idiot. Love my spa, great articles, shorten the manual.

Really great for relaxing after a long run. I used to be a cross country runner and it just stuck with me. I like to run anywhere from 5-12 miles a day. This hot tub really helps relieve my sore leg muscles.
