They don’t have a store near me so I can’t see it in person before buying. That stunk. I thought about it some more and bought anyway. Took 4 weeks to arrive. Not sure where they ship from but I’m in Montana. Took some time to fill. About 3 hours of filling I noticed water coming out of the bottom. I called immedietly and the sales guy apoloized profusely. They were going to pick it up and send a new one. I did get the new one. No issues, but overall, I don’t think I’d recommend this company. I’m not very happy the new spa leaked and needed returned. Kinda messed up theyd sell me a broken spa.

Best hot tub I’ve had and best company I’ve worked with. This is my third hot tub. I don’t know the names of the other two, but the first had leaks at first and the second actually had a jet pop out and all the water drained through this hole. Had this one 2 months now and no issues. Service and delivery was fantastic. Very friendly

Awesome plug and play hot tub. Most plug and play models are smaller, but this one has some size to it. Fits 4 people comfortably with space to move around. Setup is super easy. Plug it in, fill it, done.

I live in Vermont, USA. It gets fairly cold, especially in Winter. I was worried about this spa maintaining it’s heat and how much it would cost to heat to 102. After 3 months, I think my electricity bill rose maybe $12 a month. That’s an average of the 3 months. Sometimes more or less. The cover definitely helps trap the heat. Even when “off” It stays around 94. Takes only 1 to 3 hours to get up to 102.

Great price and great tub, but this tub will not heat up much past 98 degrees in cold temps. Must be above 35 degrees outside for 2 days or more to hit maximum temperature. Will wire this for 240V come spring.

We got this spa to replace one of those small inflatable ones. It’s much bigger. It’s definitely a step up but still not quite one of those giant fancy ones. I’d call it the amateur hot tub. One of those small ones is for a beginner, the big ones for pros. Taking care of a hot tub is a bit more work than some people realize. This one is fairly easy to take care of. No issues with it so far. Just some advice for anyone buying – check out their “HOT TUBS 101” on the website. There’s articles that helped me learn more about my spa.

With realistic expectations, this is a reasonable option. It will not fit 6 people. But 2 adults and 2 small children are fine – but no more. Seems to take about $0.75 per day to run in warm weather. Curious to see cool weather.

I had a blow-up hot tub before this one and it was a lot of maintenance keeping it pressurized and PH correct due to the temperature loss. This hot tub is fantastic. It holds temperature better than any I have saw including very expensive ones. Extremely well insulated. Its extremely comfortable. The jets are fantastic. Powerful with adjustable pressure. Extremely easy setup also.

I know what you’re thinking – Who in their right mind buys a hot tub in June? Well, I did and I love it. We haven’t used it much yet, but as a teacher, I’m off in the summer and can be home for it to be delivered. It also means I get my kid’s help to set it up. We love it and can’t wait to use it this winter.

It’s hard to tell and the photos don’t really show it well, but this hot tub has a waterfall. I don’t know about you but this fits the budget for my usual tax return. Made a pretty nice gift this year.

Spa works well but they deliver it curbside and it’s nearly 500 pounds without water. It required multiple people to move it where we wanted it.
