I got exactly what is pictured, but I have no clue who these guys are. They need to do a better job of showing they are a real company. I don’t know how, maybe photos of the building or workers. but just something.
With realistic expectations, this is a reasonable option. It will not fit 6 people. But 2 adults and 2 small children are fine – but no more. Seems to take about $0.75 per day to run in warm weather. Curious to see cool weather.

Great hot tub. Got exactly what’s pictured. No issues. Talked to Bill on the phone and got a free cover lifter. Worth calling. Very pleased with this.
