This spa features 26 stainless steel jets powered by a 2-speed pump that offers whatever level of comfort you choose. Simply place it on any level, solid & stable surface, fill with water & plug in the 8' GFCI cord (converts to 240V for more efficient operation, especially in colder climates). The solid resin base keeps pests & rodents out, but keeps heat in! It also has charming amenities such as digital backlit display, dual water column feature, programmable LED under water lighting and a convenient ice bucket with a lid/tray combo that puts refreshments at your fingertips.

The Mesa is made from quality cobblestone colored granite resin with coordinated Portobello exterior panels that will never rot, rust, or deteriorate. The solid resin base keeps pests & rodents out, but keeps heat in - providing you with maximum efficiency. Nothing bad to say. We shopped around at a couple of other hot tub stores. Those were vastly more expensive. There was also a shipping charge for them which was ridiculous. You buy a $8000 hot tub and have to pay $600 more to install it? So I can buy it and just leave it there? So dumb. These guys offer free shipping though. It’s not even really the shipping itself, it’s just it was so expensive already and then another expensive cahrge. Felt like a red flag.

My spa is perfect. Saw a recent review about issues and warranty stuff. I got mine from MyHotTub back in 2021. Not a single issue yet. My best advice before buying? This is a thousand dollar item. It’s not a little toy you can neglect. Make sure you read what you have to do to take care of it. Take good care of the spa, the spa takes good care of you.

READ THE WARRANTY. 3 years in and I have an issue with the spa. I called and sent photos and they tried to tell me it’s MY FAULT. They won’t cover the damages. Said the warranty doesn’t cover it. The BBB will hear about this.

Good spa but they could offer better shipping options. It just shows up in a heavy box on your curb. I want it outback on my deck but they won’t do that for you. I’d pay extra for it easily. We had to hire some movers to do it. Cost us an extra $150.

Owned about 4 spas since the 90s. Each lasts about 8 years and they just keep getting fancier and better. I’m pretty excited about this one. The sprinklers are something I haven’t had yet. Think my grandkids will love it.
A hot tub’s become a staple of my relaxation. Had them for years. Great in Winter. Great after work. Turn down the heat in Summer and it’s pretty refreshing. As I’m getting older, it keeps getting better.

Ordered my hot tub, Mesa w lounger, was told will ship in 4-6 weeks, 2 weeks later it was in its way. It does get delivered to the curb side, so have a plan in advance. I tipped my driver who put it behind our fence. We moved it to its final place, unwrapped it, followed instructions, plugged it into the standard outlet and we were in the tub the next morning. The spa is gorgeous, works perfect, LED light at night, the jets are superb. I am in every night, and do 15” in the morning, complete life changer! Its beautiful high value, very functional, plugs into the 120V, great product & company

Overall my experience with MyHotTub.com has been great. Below is a breakdown of my experience.
Shopping – I found this company advertised on Google and went to their website to see what else they offer. Almost immediately, I get a promocode for $1000 off. Now I’m seriously interested. They have a nice selection with great features offered on different models. Picking my favorite was tough. Ultimately, I wanted something easy to install and with enough room for our family of 5. I decided on the Mesa model. I asked my husband about the ozonater add on and he explained it to me. We decided to get that added on. Checkout was a breeze, I applied the $1000 off code and got it. I was worried about the spa being over my credit card limit, but with the $1000 off, it came just below by $6000 limit. After checking out, it told me I’d have my spa in 4 to 6 weeks.
Delivery – In about 5 weeks our spa was delivered to our driveway. We’re very fortunate my husband runs a landscaping company, so he could easily use his forklift to carry the spa to our backyard. We opened it up, and to their credit, MyHotTub really packages this well. No damage or anything. We got the spa into place and followed the instructions for setting it up. It was super easy to do. It took about 4 hours to fill with water. I don’t know if that’s good or bad. Just the size of the hot tub and the pressure on our hose. We turned it on and it started heating up to 102. I don’t know the temperature of our hose water, but it’s fairly cold. It’s winter in Vermont. Within maybe 20 hours it was at 102. I thought that was a really long time but my husband said it was fairly standard, especially being cold outside. I later looked it up and he was right, about 1 to 2 degrees an hour.
Usage – Our spa was up and running the next day. We got in and all I can say is it was definitely worth the money. Plus with the $1000 off, we were super happy. I highly recommend this company. Spa works great, the prices are amazing, and their delivery timeline is accurate.

Sales guy Bill was all too eager to sell me a hot tub and said he would answer any questions anytime. Once I bought it and called asking questions, he wouldn’t answer. I tried at least 10 times over the course of a week. Eventually just gave up and called Customer Service. They ACTUALLY helped me.

3 stars because it’s a great spa, but my experience has stunk so far. I’ve had it 2 weeks and had to find out the hard way that my watch was not waterproof. Now that’s not MyHotTub’s fault or the watch company, rather mine. But so far I regret buying it and destroying my watch.

I love my hot tub and to the negative reviews all I can say is: learn to read! Most complaints are about curbside delivery or shipping. It says “Free Curbside Hot Tub Delivery in USA: Dropped off at curb in unopened box. Signature required.” What’s unclear?

I wasn’t sure if I could trust the reviews. Many are in foreign languages to me or have fake names like Sammy Sosa, Lil Nas X, and the Godfather. That could just be people having some fun with fake names and even if they use their real name, I don’t know them. But I tell you the truth, I ordered anyway. Their estimate is 4-6 weeks and it arrived in about 4.5 weeks on my sidewalk, “curbside” like the website says. There was no damage to the spa in shipping. I unboxed it and got some help moving it to my backyard patio. We got it plugged in and filled with water. It took a while to fill, but then again, it’s hundreds of gallons of water. The spa turns on and heats up fast. The jets and sprinklers work well. I can’t find any issues. The prices are cheaper than stores or hot tub dealers. I’m very pleased.

Perfect spa. The cobblestone look, as they call it, looks gorgeous in our backyard. It matches the house and our stone pathway. It all blends very well. The sprinklers are a really cool feature but I don’t like sitting near them and getting squirted in the face. The spa jets work great and the spa is very relaxing. We have had my husband, our 3 kids, and myself in and we all fit perfectly. I think even 5 adults would fit just fine. A lot of the negative reviews are about shipping time and curbside delivery. They blatantly tell you on the webpage that it’s curbside delivery. At least at the time I’m writing this, they may update the page in the future. I have no complaints. Everything is what we expected. We recommend this company to all our friends looking for a spa. The price isn’t bad.

This hot tub is amazing. When I first got it I used it every day, sometimes multiple times a day. It was so relaxing and comfortable I didn’t want to leave. So I didn’t. For a week I lived in my hot tub. Boss found out and fired me. Great hot tub, but with a great hot tub must also come great responsibility.

Been suffering from back pains for years and wanted to try hydrotherapy. I found this site advertised on Google but wasn’t sure if they were a real company. They’re on social media and Google and have 2 stores so I took a gamble. Very happily surprised. The spa arrived in the estimated window and without damage. Curbside as they say. I moved it to my back yard (which took some help), and got it set up. Very easy to do. I filled it and it took maybe 2 hours to get to 99 degrees. My wife and I got in that night and the water felt so good on my back. I’m very pleased. Very relaxing. I highly recommend this company. And yes, they’re real.

I bought a hot tub a few months ago. Love everything about it. I received an outstanding customer service from them and they answered all my questions and help me resolve an issue with my spa (I had a code I didn’t know what it meant). I am really impressed.

Awesome hot tub! We used their financing, and to be honest, we were a little hesitant, but they actually do financing through a company GreenSky. I looked at the reviews for them and they’re pretty reliable and have good reviews. We got a decent rate from them and the hot tub won’t be too much each month.

I looked at a few spa companies before buying. Most of them told me there’s increased orders with COVID and the wait times are months. I don’t know if that’s true, or if they just want to make an excuse for late deliveries. Either way, I ordered from MyHotTub because their website says 4-6 weeks. And to my surprise, it really did arrive in 4 weeks. My spa works great and I’m so happy.

Makes a great gift for the family for Christmas. Who doesn’t like a hot tub? We got it 2nd week of December and since it’s hard to hide, it was an early Christmas present. We’ve had it about a month now and have experienced no noticeable issues. Fits the 4 of us perfectly and there’s spare room. Very relaxing. Does everything it should.

We got this as a family Christmas present. The kids had no idea. Blew their mind. I don’t think they even cared about their gifts after they saw this. Now I gotta say, I’m sure they probably knew. It arrived a week before Christmas and just sat in the backyard. Either they knew or I worry about their perception skills.

Got exactly what was expected and pictured. Kinda expected a crappy chinese knockoff based on the low price and buying from a company I never heard of and with few reviews. Didn’t know if I could trust them. Thought I was giving thousands to some scam. But I really wanted a spa, really liked this one. Got it and got exactly what is pictured. I don’t know how to express this is a real company or you can trust them, but they are. Very pleased with this. I highly recommend this company.

Very nice spa. I never heard of this company and was skeptical ordering because the prices were so low. They have a return policy you can use, but you know how that goes. They keep switching you between managers and you’re on hold forever. It was much cheaper than other spas I was considering so I decided to order anyways. Got exactly what I ordered. What you see is what you get. I can’t guarantee it everytime, but my experience was grea.t
