The Mesa is made from quality cobblestone colored granite resin with coordinated Portobello exterior panels that will never rot, rust, or deteriorate. Sales guy Bill was all too eager to sell me a hot tub and said he would answer any questions anytime. Once I bought it and called asking questions, he wouldn’t answer. I tried at least 10 times over the course of a week. Eventually just gave up and called Customer Service. They ACTUALLY helped me.
This hot tub is amazing. When I first got it I used it every day, sometimes multiple times a day. It was so relaxing and comfortable I didn’t want to leave. So I didn’t. For a week I lived in my hot tub. Boss found out and fired me. Great hot tub, but with a great hot tub must also come great responsibility.
