The Sierra is made from quality cobblestone colored granite resin with coordinated Espresso exterior panels that will never rot, rust, or deteriorate. The solid resin base keeps pests & rodents out, but keeps heat in - providing you with maximum efficiency. Easily removable panels give you 360° access to your spa components, making repairs quick & hassle-free!

Curbside Delivery:

• Spa ships direct from Manufacturer to consumer. Manufacturer ships with contracted 3rd party carriers and manages delivery to consumers.
• Spa will be shrink-wrapped, standing vertically, strapped to a pallet. Spa cover will be strapped to the spa. Manual and warranty documents, steps, filter, filter cover, filter weir, and ice bucket cover (if applicable) can be found in the seating area.
• Shipped via tractor-trailer (semi-trailer truck or 18-wheeler), a large commercial vehicle.
• Street must be free of obstructions such as low hanging trees and power lines and must have adequate access for a tractor-trailer.
• Street must be in good condition, including rural roads.
• Cannot deliver to cul-de-sacs or roads that are not paved and not at least 2 lanes.
• Delivery agent will call to schedule a delivery appointment.
• Deliveries made between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, M-F.
• Driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway.
• If location is not accessible to a full size tractor trailer additional charges may apply.
