Emailed them and it took nearly 2 weeks to hear back and then about a week in between follow up emails. Got so annoyed I finally called and got a tachnician scheduled. Dude never showed up. Called them again and they apologized and got someone else. He finally showed up but the whole process was frustrating and took nearly a month

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Hot tub arrived 2 weeks after expected. When it arrived, I noticed mutliple jets not working, and even worse, it was leaking! Puddles of water collecting at the bottom of each side. I called and was told a repair man couldn’t come out for 2 weeks! Meanwhile, all that water was slowly brainign out and being wasted. Horrible experience with them,
5 stars! So relaxing. It arrived well packaged and in 5 weeks. Had an electrician come out and hook it up. Got it filled and in 16 hours it was heated to 102. Water and electricity bills have not increased dramatically since buying this.

Truthfully, I was worried about ELECTRICAL. This is my first time buying a hot tub and I’ve heard about “plug and play”, voltage, watts, amps, and I don’t know much. I’m an accountant, not an electrician. I was very confused and nervous about it. But it arrived, and set up was much easier than I thought. The owner’s manual was very helpful and explained clearly. No complaints from me and my wife loves it too.
I can only say good things about this company. We can buy online and don’t need to go to a store. No pushy sales person. It got shipped to our house with no issues and was easy to set up. It works great. We love our MyHotTub. Thank you!
I came back to write a review because when I was first looking I wasn’t sure if this site was a fraud or not due to there only being a few english reviews on the entire site so I wanted to help with that. After calling and talking to a sales rep I was pleasantly surprised with how friendly and helpful he was, I ended up purchasing the Valencia 40 that day. It only took three weeks for it to be ready but due to me living in California, the shipping company took four weeks to send it out(not myhottub.com’s fault). The set up was extremely easy and I’m very satisfied with the quality!!!

I’m Extremely happy. I received the hot tub 10 days after ordering. I’m a first time hot tub owner, so I had no idea how to set it up. They came with instructions I was able to have it filled up and working in four hours. The next day we were in it and enjoying it.
My husband recently retired and complains about his back. I brainstormed some ideas for a gift and a hot tub he could relax in came to mind. Plus, I get to enjoy it too. He loves it, thinks it’s the best gift ever.
It’d give you 5 stars if you set up delivery to where we want the spa. You say it’s curbside delivery but I don’t know how anyone can move this by themselves.
The spa works good but curbside delivery was a pain in the a$$! It’s heavy even with no water. Moving it to our backyard patio was tough and required the whole family to help move.
I can not say enough good things about this hot tub! We absolutely love it! We built a small deck around ours and have used it almost daily since we bought it. It’s very easy to take care of, super easy to set up.

This made for one incredible Christmas gift for my husband and kids. I truly think they had no clue even though I kept dropping hints. I’m sorry, I was excited! It’s a freaking hot tub! The whole family loves it and we enjoy it every night.
This Spa is great. If you are just looking for a nice hot tub with great jets and you want it fast, this is where you should shop. Excellent price, easy delivery and set up, beautiful addition to the backyard. The delivery is curbside delivery, but if you make it easy for them to deliver to the location you want, you can tip them some extra money and they will do it! Great people to work with!
My husband and I always liked taking trips to AirBnB’s or cabins, stuff like that. We always make sure it has a hot tub. We finally decided to get ourselves one for our home. I came back to write a review because when I was first looking I wasn’t sure if this site was a fraud or not due to there only being a few english reviews on the entire site so I wanted to help with that. After calling and talking to a sales rep I was pleasantly surprised with how friendly and helpful he was, I ended up purchasing the Valencia 40 that day. It only took three weeks for it to be ready but due to me living in California, the shipping company took four weeks to send it out(not myhottub.com’s fault). The set up was extremely easy and I’m very satisfied with the quality!!!

This Spa is great. If you are just looking for a nice hot tub with great jets and you want it fast, this is where you should shop. Excellent price, easy delivery and set up, beautiful addition to the backyard. The delivery is curbside delivery, but if you make it easy for them to deliver to the location you want, you can tip them some extra money and they will do it! Great people to work with!
