Not impressed. Called about a leak and getting this fixed. Communication between customer service and myself sucks. Emailed them and it took nearly 2 weeks to hear back and then about a week in between follow up emails. Got so annoyed I finally called and got a tachnician scheduled. Dude never showed up. Called them again and they apologized and got someone else. He finally showed up but the whole process was frustrating and took nearly a month

Had it not even a day and it leaks! I’m very upset. Contacted Customer Service and they’re at least very nice and apologetic and working to fix the issue. That’s good at least, but it sucks to order it, wait 6 weeks, it shows up, family is excited, then water everywhere and we can’t use it.
So not impressed with the spa so far but decent service.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Hot tub arrived 2 weeks after expected. When it arrived, I noticed mutliple jets not working, and even worse, it was leaking! Puddles of water collecting at the bottom of each side. I called and was told a repair man couldn’t come out for 2 weeks! Meanwhile, all that water was slowly brainign out and being wasted. Horrible experience with them,

5 stars! So relaxing. It arrived well packaged and in 5 weeks. Had an electrician come out and hook it up. Got it filled and in 16 hours it was heated to 102. Water and electricity bills have not increased dramatically since buying this.

I’ve been a hot tub dealer for 27 years and I’ve had Jacuzzi, Bullfrog, Artesian Spas, Cal Spas, nearly every brand you can offer. I don’t think any of those brands offered this wide of a product offering and with all the features they have. Especially not at these prices. Some brands had all the same features but were double. My son found this brand online and we checked them out. Like I said, incredible prices, features, and offerings. Can’t believe it. We had to buy a couple to sell in the store.

The spa arrived in a timely manner and was packaged well. You will probably need 2 or 3 people to help you move the spa into place since delivery is only to the curb or driveway. All the fittings were tight and we had no leaks once we filled it and turned it on.

I was looking at a few different spa options and narrowed it down to this company and Jacuzzi. Both hot tubs had the same features but Jacuzzi was nearly 3 times more than this. I’ve heard of Jacuzzi but I never heard of this company. I took a gamble to save about $13,000.

Truthfully, I was worried about ELECTRICAL. This is my first time buying a hot tub and I’ve heard about “plug and play”, voltage, watts, amps, and I don’t know much. I’m an accountant, not an electrician. I was very confused and nervous about it. But it arrived, and set up was much easier than I thought. The owner’s manual was very helpful and explained clearly. I came back to write a review because when I was first looking I wasn’t sure if this site was a fraud or not due to there only being a few english reviews on the entire site so I wanted to help with that. After calling and talking to a sales rep I was pleasantly surprised with how friendly and helpful he was, I ended up purchasing the Valencia 40 that day. It only took three weeks for it to be ready but due to me living in California, the shipping company took four weeks to send it out(not myhottub.com’s fault). The set up was extremely easy and I’m very satisfied with the quality!!!

This Spa is great. If you are just looking for a nice hot tub with great jets and you want it fast, this is where you should shop. Excellent price, easy delivery and set up, beautiful addition to the backyard. The delivery is curbside delivery, but if you make it easy for them to deliver to the location you want, you can tip them some extra money and they will do it! Great people to work with!
