Not bad at all. Saw the price and thought it had to be too good to be true. I called and spoke with a salesguy. He told me they are a real company with real spas and they’re just cheap becuase they build and sell themselves. Factory direct pricing. He insured me if I ordered I’d really get the spa. I trusted him. Odered. 3 weeks later I had a huge package at my door. Itreally was the spa. No damage or issues. Worked perfectly. Gotta love it

Very impressed! They say 4 to 6 weeks and we got ours in about 7 weeks, but it’s exactly what we ordered and it works perfectly. In fairness, we did have a huge snowstorm here and about 2 feet of snow. Probably affected it a bit.

I don’t know what to say other than it’s incredible. They really thought of everything. It’s comfy to sit in, the jets hit the ideal spots, the ice bucket is very handy and even acts as a tray. I would have never thought about that as a feature on a hot tub, but it is very cool.

The built in ice bucket tray is pretty cool. I read sitting in a hot tub can dehydrate you, so this allows for some fresh ice and a cup of water while in the hot tub. It’s definetly a plus.

My husband and I wanted a hot tub for a few years now. This website had some of the best prices we could find online. We wanted to surprise our kids for Christmas with the hot tub. Now granted, it’s hard to hide a giant hot tub and it came a few days early of Christmas, but it still made a great surprise and we enjoyed our hot tub Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s, and many other days.

Quality product at a very affordable price. After looking at many options offered at local dealerships I decided to order factory direct from MyHotTub. As long as you set up your spot, have a friend or two to help out on delivery day and make arrangements with an electrician for hookup, you should have no problem getting up and running in no time. The hot tub itself seems very sturdy, well made and so far the lights, pumps, heater and control panel are working perfectly. Also, this item was shipped and delivered 3 weeks from order date where other places had up to a 3-4 month wait. I ended up choosing the Acadia 40.

It’s a great spa, I just wish they had photos of the optional stairs. We probably would have bought them if we could see them. Additionally, there’s no information on what the upgraded base is. We may or may not have got that but we have no idea what it is or what the difference between the upgraded base and the normal base is.

My wife and I originally bought a Bullfrog spa but when it arrived it had multiple leaks, the lights didn’t work. We called Customer Service and it was a nightmare. Just horrible! They didn’t call back for weeks, they were very unhelpful. We eventually returned it and cancelled our order because we were not dealing with Bullfrog again. We found this company and saw some good reviews so we bought. It arrived with no issues whatsoever. Great experience.

When buying this spa, I had 2 worries, cleaning and electrical. I’m a first time hot tub owner and don’t know much about them. My family never had one, we only ever used it if friends had one or we went to a hotel or something with one. But this website has a couple articles that helped me understand the elctrical and cleaning. The owner’s manual was pretty helpful too
