Kinda questionable that some people call this a scam. It’s not, but it does concern me. I can say in my experience, it’s not and was very straight forward. I saw some people say they can’t find an address. I’m not surprised. If you go to Walmart or any other site, it’s usually hard to find the mailing address. If that alone makes something a scam, there’s a ton of them out there.
I think the only way Myhottub can improve is to offer delievery and installation. It’s a heavy hot tub and hard to move. Granted its cheaper than every where else, but I’d pay extra to have it put in place and hooked up.
We have had this hot tub now in use for a couple of weeks. First I want to say that the materials it is constructed of are very solid. Everything is in working order and it runs well. It takes a little bit of getting used to in managing the settings and features, but once you do you will find it fairly easy to manage. The color is great as well. My only complaint is that the lights are very dim, and the water feature when we purchased struck me as having more power whereas in actuality it’s a bubbler that cascades down in a gentle waterfall. Managing the settings on the lights have proven to be one of the largest challenges, but I’ve gotten the hang of that, I just wish they were brighter.
To their credit, they do show it on the webpage, but the “sterling silver” is more of a white. Very sleek, shiny white. I like it and knew what I was buying. But don’t go expecting silver. Poor naming.
