Brand new and there’s tons of leaks! I called and they can’t even get someone out for a week. All the water I used to fill it is slowly leaking out and being wasted.
Hot tub arrived with no cover. I called the company to get one and they are sending it out now, but come on. It’s a vital part of a hot tub. How does that even happen?
