MyHotTub.com’s luxury faux wood cabinet is insulated using reflective surface backed foam fitted tightly to the spa frame, which provides heat retention while still providing easy access to spa components for service. Great quality. I read the reviews and I agree with most. The only real issue is installation. It’s very heavy and hard to move. It also requires an electirician to hook up. I’d pay more for installation.
If this company does well and takes off, I think offering installation teams would be a good idea. I’d pay $100 – $300 to install it.

Better looking in person and it actually works, but I still don’t trust buying a hot tub online. I bet as soon as the warranty is up it dies and becomes the most expensive lawn ornament ever.

It’s a great spa but moving it is a pain in the butt. To MyHotTub’s credit, they do say its CURBSIDE DELIVERY, but I don’t know how they expect us to move this hot tub to our backyard by ourselves. We had to bring some friends over to help.

They need to include a photo of the hot tub at night, it’s really cool with all the lights. These photos don’t do it justice. Highly Recommend this tub.
