Kinda questionable that some people call this a scam. It’s not, but it does concern me. I can say in my experience, it’s not and was very straight forward. I saw some people say they can’t find an address. I’m not surprised. If you go to Walmart or any other site, it’s usually hard to find the mailing address. If that alone makes something a scam, there’s a ton of them out there.

We have a cabin we rent a couple times a year and it’s got a hot tub. The whole family loves using it and we really wanted one for our home. Found this company and the prices are fantastic. Lots of choices, I feel like we really get to customize it and pick exactly what we want. We have it now and we love it! I’m kind of scared my wife and kids only liked going to the cabin because of the hot tub. So know that we have one at home, maybe we won’t go as much. It saves me money, but I still like going. We got this back in September 2021 and were worried about it keeping its heat in the winter (we live on the border of Canada/US, it’s very cold). I’m happy to report it keeps it’s heat very well. I figured getting it at or around 102 during winter would be a lot more, it’s like $1-2 more. Not bad at all.

I think the only way Myhottub can improve is to offer delievery and installation. It’s a heavy hot tub and hard to move. Granted its cheaper than every where else, but I’d pay extra to have it put in place and hooked up.

I was kinda worried about the reviews since only a few say “verified owner”. The other reviews could be fake, who knows. Maybe my review will say “verified owner” and maybe it won’t. We have had this hot tub now in use for a couple of weeks. First I want to say that the materials it is constructed of are very solid. Everything is in working order and it runs well. It takes a little bit of getting used to in managing the settings and features, but once you do you will find it fairly easy to manage. The color is great as well. My only complaint is that the lights are very dim, and the water feature when we purchased struck me as having more power whereas in actuality it’s a bubbler that cascades down in a gentle waterfall. Managing the settings on the lights have proven to be one of the largest challenges, but I’ve gotten the hang of that, I just wish they were brighter.

Family loves it. I love it. No issues. Installation wasn’t as bad as I thought or some claim. Delivered without issue. No leaks. Heats fast. Does everything it’s supposed to. It took a little while to get the spa set up but once it was connected it has worked great. Even in the cold weather of Maine, USA, this spa is incredible. It maintains heat very well. I don’t often use the jets but they work very well.

To their credit, they do show it on the webpage, but the “sterling silver” is more of a white. Very sleek, shiny white. I like it and knew what I was buying. But don’t go expecting silver. Poor naming.

Bought this to spice up my Air BnB. Totally worked. Couple thousand $$$ for this, but I can charge an extra $200 a night. The place has still been popular since I bought this a month ago. People are paying the higher rates with the hot tub, no complaints. Pretty sure in a year this will pay for itself.

I’m giving it 4 stars and it’s a bit unfair. The spa works great but I don’t know how to maintain it at all and the owner’s manual is so wordy. Luckily they have some short articles on the website about taking care of the hot tub. So, hot tub, 5/5. Me, 0/5. I’m just an idiot. Love my spa, great articles, shorten the manual.

Really great for relaxing after a long run. I used to be a cross country runner and it just stuck with me. I like to run anywhere from 5-12 miles a day. This hot tub really helps relieve my sore leg muscles.
